ARTHROVIMS
PEEK ANCHOR
VIMS provides a very complete range of fully threated anchors, loaded with 1,2,3 UHMWPE sutures or tapes, knotless anchors and small diameters anchors, also available in needled versions. These anchors are composed of a thermoplastic polymer : the PEEK (polyetheretherketone) VESTAKEEP considered as one of the most successful in the world with more than 15 years of clinical experience in orthopedics.
ARTHROVIMS PK
The ArthroVims PK® is a fully threaded suture anchor featuring dual threads to maximize cortical and cancellous fixation. It has a rounded tip to protect the sutures and to facilitate the insertion.
Available in 4.5mm and 5.5mm diameters with 2 or 3 UHMWPE sutures or 1 suture/ 1 Tape (1,4 mm).
A broaching punch to minimize cortical stress fractures can be used.
ARTHROVIMS LRP & LRT
The ArthroVims knotless anchor is a fully-threaded, designed for use with sutures or tapes in rotator cuff repair using the bridge techniques. It provides maximum pull-out and insertion strength. The anchor is available in two variants:
- ArthroVims LRP with a PEEK body and a PEEK eyelet
- ArthroVims LRT with a PEEK body and a titanium eyelet for self-tapping.
Anchor Sizes: 4.75mm and 5.5mm diameter
ARTHROVIMS BT
The ArthroVims BT anchor is designed for all-arthroscopic proximal biceps tenodesis. The implants feature a unique PEEK tip that is used to steer the biceps tendon to the bottom of the bone socket without the need to externalize or whipstitch the tendon.
Drills and graft calibration plate are available.

MINI PK & MICRO PK
The ArthroVims MiniPK & MicroPK Ligament anchors are available in a variety of sizing and suture options. Anchor insertion and delivery are made simple by drilling through a spear and inserting the anchor through the same spear into the drilled hole.

ArthroVims Soft Anchors are small diameter impacted suture anchors exclusively composed of textile fibers allowing a strong fixation, less bone removal and a simple, self-punching technique.
Available in double loaded with various combination of UHMWPE sutures & Tapes, and with or without needles.

ARTHROFIX
BIOABSORBABLE ANCHORS
ArthroFix is a bioabsorbable anchor composed of a biocomposite polymer (PLA & β-TCP), fully threaded with dual threads for a better cortical and cancellous bone fixation.
The rate of absorption speed is controlled with a maintenance of the mechanical properties during the healing process.
Anchor sizes: 5.5mm & 6.5mm with 2 USP2 UHMWPE sutures.

BIOABSORBABLE ANCHORS
ArthroVims BR is a bioabsorbable screw anchor associated with two UHMWPE (USP2) sutures or a suture and a tape mounted on a single-use screwdriver.

ArthroVims BR Knotless is also a knotless bioabsorbable screw anchor, designed to be used in combination with sutures and sutures and tapes.

ARTHROVIMS
TITANIUM ANCHOR
The ArthroVims Titanium Anchor are made of Ti 6AI-4V ELI Titanium Alloy, with a fully-threaded anchor body to increases resistance to pull-out, a self-tapping design with laser etched markings on the drivers for insertion depth and suture orientation. They also available in needled versions for open surgery applications in many tendon or ligament re-insertion indications.
ARTHROVIMS TI
The ArthroVims Ti anchor incorporates a cancellous thread with a very small core diameter to maximize pull-out strength in cancellous or osteoporotic bone. Each anchor comes with 2 or 3 UHMWPE sutures of contrasting colors to maximize soft tissue fixation and allow suture identification.
Available in 5.0mm and 6.5mm diameters with color-code.

ARTHROSHARC
ArthroSharc system is dedicated to the rotator cuff repair, using the technique of transosseous tunnels, which can be performed for arthroscopy or mini-open surgeries.
It is composed of a kit including 3 UHMWPE sutures with different colors, a PEEK anchorage implant, a nitinol Transosseous Needle and a specific instrument.
It ensures the anatomical restauration of the rotative cuff on the greater tuberosity.
ARTHROLINK
ArthroLink is a full range of non-absorbable braided sterile sutures prepared from threads of ultra-high molecular weight, long-chain linear polyethylene (UHMWPE). It is indicated for repair or reinforcement of ligament, tendon and ligament reinsertion, tuberosities reinsertion, approximation and/or ligation of soft tissue.
The ArthroLink portolio includes USP2 double needles sutures, USP2 and USP5 loops with needle, 2.0mm and 1.6mm tapes.

BUTTONS
The Button Loop fastening system restores the anatomy of the shoulder and especially the acromioclavicular joint in the event of acute, chronic disjunction or even fracture of the distal fourth of the clavicle.
The technique is minimally invasive (possible under arthroscopic assistance, with small diameter tunnels) and simplified to make it accessible to all.
Its variable length double ligament and self-locking system adapts to all morphologies of the shoulder and allows a simple assembly (direct coraco-clavicular) or “V”, much more anatomical.
This technique developed by Dr. Philippe Valenti implements two cortical buttons and a specific glenoid and coracoid guide to provide an efficient and secure fixation of the coracoid transplant to the glenoid.
The system is composed of:
Blue and Green external Adjustable loops and open titanium buttons (sizes 8mm – 10mm) provided as kits ready to use (for standard shoulder and small shoulder).
A complete instrumentation set including the specific glenoid and coracoid guide, drills, subscapularis spreader, osteotome, suture tensioner, suture cutter, grasper.

ARTHROTWIST
Bioabsorbable interference screw specially designed for ligamentoplasty surgical techniques such as ACL (bone-tendon-bone or soft tissues grafts in femoral or tibial tunnels) and ankle ligaments reinsertion .
ArthroTwist is a self-tapping screw with a sharp tip combined to a double thread for a faster and efficient insertion.
